The Restaurant at THE SURF LODGE is laid-back and elegant, an indoor/outdoor hangout for guests and locals looking to dine, celebrate, or enjoy a cocktail and a burger after a day at the beach.
With Executive Chef Sam Talbot at the helm, the cuisine is fine dining without the fuss. Drawing from his childhood spent on the beaches of South Carolina, Talbot keeps the food fresh and from Montauk's local purveyors, with seafood caught daily and a menu built around seasonal ingredients.
